Snow!

So we have had a few little dusting's of snow so far this winter.  Nothing compared to last winter, well until yesterday.  We got about 3 inches Tuesday night into Wednesday which gave me another snow day.  Then last night we got at least 7-8 inches more.  Again another snow day.  I highly doubt we will be going tomorrow either.

Snow days just don't have the same amount of fun when you have a baby.  You don't really get to sleep in and you still have to pay for childcare.  Oh well!

Today we donned her snow suit that we got from Grandma and Auntie Kim and went out for a short excursion.  She was very interested in the snow and spent a good deal of time just looking around the neighborhood.  Here are some photos from our time outside!

Hope everyone else out there is enjoying the snow!

It's a snow seat!

I guess I like it!

I'm a JUMPER!

This past month, I was able to get a Jumperoo second hand.  It was in great condition and I have gotten my money's worth already.  Enjoy the pictures and video below of her having a rip-roaring time!
Look at me!

I like the toys on my jumper too!

I'm 5 Months OLD!

It's hard to believe that it has been 5 months already!  Taylor has been thriving this past month.  She has begun eating some solid foods twice a day.  So far she enjoys Rice Cereal, Squash, Sweet Potatoes, and Bananas.  Up next are some Carrots and then we move on to the Green Veggies.  Every time I look at her I feel like she is growing so big.  Just this past week I spent some time packing away her 3 Month clothes.  She is comfortably in the 6 months size now.  She has also outgrown her size 2 diapers as well.  Like I said she is getting BIG!!

Just recently she has found her feet and enjoys taking off her socks.  She has also become more interactive with her toys and we have great times together playing.  Taylor is getting closer to being able to sit up on her own and is getting better at rolling from both her belly to her back and is getting really close to being able to roll from her back to her belly!

 Love this happy face!

 Ooo!  Look Mom Paper!

Laughing so hard, she fell over!

 Such a Cute Face!

Mommy & Daddy's Date Night and Other Photos

For Our Anniversary this year, I bought tickets for Chris and a guest to attend a Redskins game.  Yes I paid A LOT of money to watch them lose.....but Chris is a die-hard fan.  One day that will pay off.....but the last few years not so much.  Well I got to be Chris' guest.  The game was against the Giants and it was supposed to be at 1 PM.  My mom came up to watch Taylor.  As we were preparing to leave Chris saw on his phone that the game started at 4:15.  We looked this up on line and wouldn't you know it they had changed the start time.  Luckily Nana was flexible and was able to stay an extra night so we could attend.  It was raining but that stopped at kickoff. It was still rather cold.  We stayed until the beginning of the fourth quarter, so we could get out before the flood of traffic.  They lost but I have to say they were close to possibly tying it up.  It was a great night and Chris and I should definitely do it again sometime soon.  One date every 4 months isn't too shabby when you have a newborn right?

Taylor practicing eating with her spoon by herself.

Taking a cat nap in the bouncy chair.  I love her crossed feet with the socks half falling off. =)  So cute!

The Many Hats of Taylor!

Recently we have been getting hats as gifts from friends and family.  So over the weekend I put them all on Taylor one at a time and took her photo.  Here are just a few of the hats she has!  =)

From one of Mommy's friends at my baby shower.

A hat Nana got me for Xmas!  Pardon the tongue....I really do like the hat.

From Trina one of Mommy's teacher friends in Seattle, WA.

A hat from my second cousin Jessi! It has grapes on it.  Yummy!
