Happy 10 Months!

On June 15th Taylor turned 10 months old.  How is she getting big so fast?  She is also starting to become more difficult to photograph which is evident below!!  Our 9 month check up at the Dr. went very well.  She is still in the 50% for Weight and the 90% for Height.  The highlight of the appt for Mommy was the news that we can start transitioning to Whole Milk at 11 months.  Because of her tummy and previous feeding issues, we are going to make the transition very slow.  I anticipate it taking an entire month so we shall see.

Super T's Day with Super Dad! AKA Father's Day

So on Father's Day, T and I woke Daddy up to breakfast in bed.  Taylor and Daddy enjoyed some cereal together.  For lunch we had Friendly's (Daddy's Favorite) and a trip to Westminster.  After lunch we enjoyed a video chat with Grandma and Grandpa Trudden.  Then Chris enjoyed some man time with his friend Jay, who is also Taylor's Godfather.  Then we had dinner at Don Pablos.  It was a fun day!

Playdate!

When we were on the shore one Saturday, I got done work early and went to visit my friend Wendy and her little man.  Taylor is about 3 weeks older than Leland.  Taylor made herself right at home and Leland didn't quite know what to make of her.  Every time he got close to her she grabbed him and tried to hug and kiss him!  Wendy and I had a good time watching them.  =)

 

This looks like a safe place to be for now.

Little Book Worm

Our bookcases filled with many books have become a source of entertainment for Taylor and a constant headache for Mommy & Daddy.  There have only been two casualties.  Here is Taylor being way too cute for her own good while attempting to rip apart Daddy's favorite books.

I Can Feed Myself

Taylor has been eating more and more solid foods.  She still eats pureed baby food with every meal but is enjoying more and more table food as well.  She is very interested in the utensils as well.  Many days she just wants more than anything to feed herself.  Her favorite foods right now are goldfish, cheerios, and hotdogs and mac and cheese.  Yum Yum!

Catching up and Waking up!

Ok all you Taylor fans, I have neglected you long enough.  Let's get started on some much needed updates.    I'm busy making a bunch of updates that will post automatically leading up to......yes you guessed it.....her first birthday.  Eek!  How did my baby grow up so fast?!?

So this is typically how I start my day now.  Taylor loves to stand and if you catch her at the right time in the morning, she is a somewhat happy child!
